Make sure the equipment does NOT already exist by checking the Equipment list. For the page name use lower case text and integers without spaces (e.g. laser1). Add this in the field below and press Add Page. Inside the newly created page for the equipment, change Title with the full equipment name in the first line including spaces. E.g. “==== Laser 450 ====”. Then fill the other fields and press SAVE (at the bottom).

To note an order for an equipment go to its page (or create a new page for that equipment if it does not exist).
